About the Founder
Hi! I’m Mon.
Immigrant. Mother. Wife. Former corporate climber. Mentor. Matriarch.

I was taught that exhaustion was the price of freedom.
That hustle was the only path to impact.
For over a decade, I built successful businesses for others. I knew systems. I knew structure. But something was missing.

Water changed that.

Through elemental study, ancestral reflection, and real-life experience, I began weaving together what I had always known:
